Need to return items purchased on Earthleticsapparel.com?
Returns are accepted up to 60 days after purchase with your original packing slip. If you cannot locate your original packing slip, please go to your online account history to find the order number assigned to the gear you’re returning and fill out the form found at this link.
Please note that all refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
How much does it cost to return my items?
If you purchased your gear from earthleticsapparel.com, we’ll send you a pre-printed return label and deduct $5.99 from your refund, plus any applicable shipping tax.
If there’s actually something wrong with your gear, we want to know. Please call customer service @ Toll Free +1-888-913-8889.
Can I return or exchange a gift?
If you received Earthletics apparel as a gift and need to return or exchange it, please use the original packing slip that was in the box.
We can exchange the items. Unfortunately, cash or credit refunds cannot be issued when returning a gift.
Please ship back using the carrier of your choice and save the tracking number.
How long does it take to process returns?
It takes approximately 10-14 days to process a return once we receive your items. Please note this does not include time in transit.
When should I expect my refund?
If you requested a refund, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your payment. Please note it can take 3-5 days for your refund payment to process, depending upon your financial institution.
How long before I receive my exchange?
Exchanges will be shipped out within 3 days of processing your return. Standard shipping is free on all exchanges.
How can I track my exchange?
Once your exchange has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a new tracking number.
What do I do if I received a wrong or damaged item?

Can I return/exchange items from multiple orders in the same package?
Yes, you can. When returning or exchanging items from multiple orders, be sure to fill out your original packing slip. If you cannot locate your original packing slip, please go to your online account history to find the order number assigned to the gear you’re returning.
Note: Make sure to include the order number connected to each item.
